Real police work
A proper CAD/MDT — not a /duty toggle. Records, dispatch,
investigations, and a camera and plate-reader network across the city that
makes detective work genuinely possible.
A roleplay simulator where the systems are real.
Real hiring. Real courts. Real books. Real consequences. Most servers hand you a job menu and call it roleplay — we're building the machinery underneath it.
We'd rather tell you exactly where this stands than sell you a launch date we can't hit.
The city isn't finished, and we're not pretending otherwise. We're a team of three building the systems properly before we call this launched — because a server that opens with a job menu and a promise is a server that's empty in six weeks.
What already works isn't a mockup. There's a functioning police CAD/MDT on an in-game tablet, a hiring pipeline that takes a real application from Discord through training to certification, a plate-reader and camera network, and a driving model tuned so a chase is about skill instead of horsepower.
This page is the whole plan. What's finished, what's being built, what's coming, and the rules we intend to actually enforce. If that's the kind of server you want to play on — or help build — the Discord is below.
You don't have to wait for launch. The development build is open, and you're welcome on it — provided you understand exactly what you're joining. Expect bugs. Expect half-finished systems. Expect things to break while you're standing in them. That is the point: every problem you find is one that won't be there at launch, and telling us about it is genuinely one of the most useful things you can do right now.
[ CONNECT ADDRESS — SET IN CONFIG ]
In FiveM, press F8 and type connect — or paste the address into the direct-connect box on the FiveM home screen.
Found something broken? Report it in the Discord. Our bug-reporting amnesty applies here too — tell us about an exploit and you will not be punished for it.
This server is an unfinished development build made available for testing purposes only. It is provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee of uptime, stability, performance or continued operation. Features are incomplete and may be changed, disabled or removed at any time without notice. Characters, progress, items, vehicles, property and in-game currency may be reset, altered or permanently deleted at any time, without warning and without compensation — nothing created here should be considered persistent, and no purchase, donation or contribution entitles you to retain it. Availability of the test server is not a launch, and does not constitute a commitment to any release date, feature or roadmap item described on this page. The server rules apply in full during testing and are enforced. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Anyone can copy a skin in a weekend. What takes months is a police department with a real hiring pipeline, an economy with real books, and investigations that genuinely depend on evidence.

Injuries that mean something. Going down is a situation, not a respawn button, and the medics who show up are trained and certified.
Charges, process, and outcomes that stick. Statutes, warrants, cases and hearings — an arrest is the start of something, not the end of it.
Player-owned businesses, supply, staff, profit, reinvestment — on top of a real double-entry treasury. Your work compounds instead of resetting.
Gangs, drugs, robbery. This is a city, not a police fantasy — the criminal side is a first-class part of the world, and it's what makes the police side worth playing.
Cars behave like cars. Supercars are fast; a box truck isn't. Police are tuned to reward skill and teamwork, not raw horsepower.
This is the part we actually mean, so here it is plainly.
If you want a server where a chase is a driving contest and everyone's a superhero, this isn't it — and we'd rather you know that now.
Nothing in the first column is a plan — it's running on our development server today. Nothing in the third column is a promise with a date on it.
The server runs on hardware we already own, so nothing here goes to hosting. Support goes to assets — the things we'd otherwise be building by hand for weeks, or going without.
Support is voluntary and buys no in-game advantage — no items, no money, no priority, no perks that affect gameplay. It funds the city, not your character.
Every purchase is recorded before it's made, with the free alternative documented first. We publish this because a donation goal without a ledger behind it is just an ask.

There are three of us. If you want to help build a city from the foundations rather than inherit someone else's, there's real room here — and your work will be visible from day one.
Lua, JavaScript, NUI. Custom systems on Qbox — the parts you can't buy off a store.
MLO and interior work. Police stations, hospitals, courthouses, business spaces.
Liveries, models, handling and emergency fleet work. We're replacing the stock fleet.
Department uniforms, civilian clothing, and getting our departments looking like themselves.
The city's history, its institutions, its neighbourhoods — the reasons the place feels lived in.
The promise on this page is enforcement. That only works with people willing to do it fairly.
Police, EMS and DOJ leadership. Write the SOPs, build the ranks, train the people who join.
Founding operators for player-run businesses — in early, before the good locations are taken.
Bring it anyway. We'd rather hear what you're actually good at than have you squeeze into a job title we happened to write down.
These look like every other server's rules, because each one names a specific way people ruin a roleplay server. The difference isn't having unusual rules — it's actually enforcing ordinary ones.
Play a person, not a player.
Your character wants to survive, has fears, has a job, and has consequences. If your decision only makes sense because you know it's a game, it's the wrong decision. 18+. No ERP. No slurs. Moderated, and we mean it.
To be clear, because people always ask: "no ERP" is not "no crime." Gangs, drugs, robbery and violence are all part of this city — that's what makes police work worth playing. What we don't do is weird roleplay, and we don't tolerate a toxic community.
Using any bug, glitch or unintended behaviour to gain an advantage is bug abuse. It does not matter whether you found it by accident. The moment you realise something isn't working as intended, you stop and you report it — continuing after that point is a choice.
This includes duplicating money or items, clipping through walls and doors, inventory glitches, vehicle spawning or repair exploits, using death or disconnects to escape a scene, menu exploits, and repeating any action for money in a way that obviously isn't intended.
Duplication is treated more harshly than anything else because this server runs a real economy. Duplicated money doesn't just benefit one player — it devalues everything everyone else earned. Actions are logged and audited server-side.
These are the ones that actually get broken. Learn them.
Every hostile act needs a roleplay reason that existed before you acted. "I felt like it" is not a reason, and neither is a reason you invented after staff asked. Initiation must be clear — a robbery starts with a demand, not with gunfire.
Crime is a first-class part of this city. It also has the most potential to be done badly, so it has the most structure.
| Crime | Police online | Max crew | Cooldown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Store / gas station | 1 | 3 | 30 min |
| House robbery | 2 | 3 | 30 min |
| Jewellery store | 3 | 4 | 60 min |
| Bank | 3 | 4 | 60 min |
These scale with population. As the city fills out, the minimums go up — we'd rather start low and let the criminal side actually have something to do than copy numbers from a server ten times our size.
If you wear the uniform, more is expected of you — that's the whole point of the departments here.
We tune this server for realistic driving, so drive realistically.
Report in game using the report system, or open a ticket in Discord. Don't argue with staff in character — take it to a report.
Your clip must include at least five minutes covering the lead-up, clear audio (most disputes are settled by what was said), and enough context for staff to judge without asking you what happened off-screen. A report without a qualifying clip may be closed without action — not because staff are being difficult, but because without the lead-up we're choosing between two people's memories, and that's how bad calls get made.
Set up a replay buffer now, before you need it. ShadowPlay, AMD ReLive, OBS Replay Buffer, Medal and the Xbox Game Bar all do it free. Set yours to at least five minutes and learn the shortcut — nobody ever has the clip they need if they start recording after the incident.
| Step | When |
|---|---|
| Verbal warning | First minor break — most people just didn't know |
| Formal warning | Logged. Repeat of a minor break |
| Kick | Disrupting an active scene, or ignoring a warning |
| 1-day ban | Serious break, or a third warning |
| 3-day ban | Repeat serious break |
| 7-day ban | Persistent pattern |
| Permanent | Sections 1 and 2 — straight here, no ladder |
Ban appeals go through a Discord ticket — one appeal per ban, reviewed by a staff member who was not involved. Staff decisions are final at the time; appeals are the correct route, not arguing in chat.
The city is one of three things we're building. They share the same standard: show the real work, don't claim what isn't finished.
The city. Serious roleplay built systems-first — this site, and the server behind it.
projectdivinityrp.com
The systems we build for the city, released as resources other server owners can run. Free and open where we can, properly supported where we can't.
divinityscripts.com
Honest audits of the scripts we actually buy. We open the zip, check what's encrypted, read the code that touches your money, and publish what we find — including when it's bad.

Both of the above are in build and not yet live. They're listed here because they're where this project is going, not because you can visit them today.
